substitution of a 3" steel pipe post as shown on the contract documents to a 8" metal fluted
column is acceptable. The column modification must support an axial load of 4,000 pounds at a
unsupported height of9' -0". Any further modifications or changes must be verified by the
engineer at this office.

This letter is to confirm our conversation of November 18 and your letter,
dated the same, regarding the City of Zephyrhills providing credits for
transportation impact fees to Concire Centers Inc. and JAMM Hotels
(doing business as Microtel) for construction of the frontage road from the
Super Wal-mart Center to the Lowe's site.
According to Bill Burgess, city building official, the transportation impact
fees due to the city for the 16,800 square foot retail center is $35,599 and
the fees due from Microtel total $53,361. Please provide cost estimations
of the construction ofthe frontage road and be prepared to provide actual
cost confirmations to receive this credit. Also, the City of Zephyrhills will
require that a bond or letter of credit be provided until the frontage road is
completed.

Per our phone conversation on Wednesday, I am enclosing the drawings that were revised on our project
due to a structural change we requested. This set has been sealed by the architect and engineer and is
provided to you for your review and records.
As you know, the lengthy processing of the SWFWMD permit for North Town Center's drainage has held
up our project. I have also enclosed copies of correspondence from SWFWMD and the civil engineer
clarifying that permit status.
It is my understanding from Lochrane Engineering that our site plan for the Microtel has already been
approved by the City of Zephyrhills, pending issuance of the SWFWMD permit for the master
development. It is also my understanding, per your memo of 3/13/03, that our building plans have been
approved, assuming there are no concerns raised by the revisions furnished to you today.
We plan to complete our Permit Application, in conjunction with the Contractor, and submit it to you within
the next couple of weeks since we need to be certain our building permit will be issued before we close
on the land. Please let me know as soon as possible if anything else will be required, other than the
permit fees of course.
We are really excited that we are finally going to get this project underway and look forward to being a
part of your community! Thank you so much for all your help and especially your patience.

We are in receipt of your fax regarding the (Outlet Box Separation).
As the electrical inspector Mr. Burgess has handed this letter over to me to be addressed.
It is our belief that detail 6/ A-2.00 does not conform to the 2002 NEC, Article 300.21 FPN.
In order for this type of application to be allowed we will need to have a signed and sealed letter
from your electrical engineer stating that in his professional opinion this will be acceptable.
This request was discussed at the job site with the Project Foreman.
In reference to the changing from copper to aluminum feeders. Any and all changes will require a
signed and sealed addendum from the electrical engineer.
