Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each six month period, or the project will be considered ~bandoned. The proposed structure is roughly a 13x18 shed, a 11' 6"xl0 raised Screen Room and a 18x57 carport. The existing mobile home, to be considered an adequate host structure, should be blocked and anchored in accordance with the manufacturers suggested and permitted set-up permit. Therefore, it is my opinion that the marriage of the proposed structure with the addition will not compromise the structural integrity of the host structure, if the addition is constructed as per the attached aluminum engineered drawings.
