violation under state law, If the owner or intended contractor are uncertain as to vrllat

Furthermore, if the owner has hired a contractor or contractor's, he is advised to hi:lve the
contractor(s) sign portions of thE: "Contractor Sections" of this application for which tlley
will be respon::;ibl~. It you, as the owner signs as the contractor, you are indicating that
you, rather than the cOlltractor, are responsible for the Hork. If the contractor wishes
you to sign as contractor that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is
not entitled to permitting pri.vileges in the City of ~ephyrhills.
