One 90 day extension of time may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each six month period, or the project will be considered abandoned. MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC · All activities in accordance with this agreement will require confonnance to the "Manual of Traffic Control and Safe Practices for Street and Highway Construcion, Maintenance and Utility Operations." (Chapter 316, Florida Statues) · Pedestrian. bicycle and handicap traffic must be safely maintained and must not be redirected into the roadway or into ditches. Use of sidewalks may not be impaired or closed for greater that 60 minutes. When a sidewalk is to be removed means of rerouting pedestrians, bicyclists and handicapped people must be constructed prior to sidewalk removal per Florida Department of Transportation (Foon, Manual on UnUonn Traffic Control Revises MUTCD and American DjAahilities Act (ADA). · No street shall be closed without the prior written peI'Iflission of Pasco County Inspector.
