Per conversations between Zephyrhills Inspector, Howard J. Ogilgee, Marcobay Construction (General
Contractor) and the Lowe's Construction Manager it has been relayed to TSA that we will be allowed to drip RTU
condensate to roof. We are currently showing the condensate piped to storm but will revise our documents to
reflect the change accordingly. Please provide the necessary documentation to any parties involved which will
allow us to make this change. Please call if you have any questions.

In talking with Steve Henry at Lincks & Associates, he stated that the City would be willing to
issue the building pennit as long as Lowe's agrees to not hold the City liable if the roadway work
at Kossik Road is not complete in time for the store to open. Please accept this letter as notice
that Lowe's would like to start building construction ASAP and we agree to your tenns.
