Finish: All vinyl was white. Glazing Details: The sash were interior glazed with 13/16" thick, sealed insulating glass fabricated from two sheets of 1/8" clear, annealed glass and a steel spacer system, The glass was set onto a double-sided adhesive tape and secured with rigid vinyl glazing beads. Frame Construction: The PVC frame was constructed using mitered and welded comer construction. Installation: The unit was installed in a wood buck constructed from Spruce-Pine-Fir construction lumber and sealed at the interior and exterior perimeter with a silicone caulking, with the exception of an approximate 6" long void at each interior sill comer.
