Fiberglas pool. Pool includes all required permitting, a light, decking with acrylic finish,
Sand Filter System, Rails, start up chemicals, cleaning kit and any extra's listed below.

We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials - complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of :
twenty three thousand eight hundred fifty eight dollars ($23,858.00l with payment to be made as follows:
$1,000.00 upon signing contract first draw of $14,857.00 upon commencement of work, $7,701.00 upon deck being
poured and the balance of $300.00 upon completion.
Buyer has the right to cancel this agreement/proposal by mailing a notice to the seller. The notice must say that you do not want the
goods or aervices and must be mailed before midnight the third business day after you sign this propoeaJ.
AU material is guaranteed. to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any
alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra coat will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra
charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays btoyond our control. This proposal
subject to acceptance within _10_ days and is void thereafter at the option of the unders'

A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes,
nor: shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit
issu~d shall become invalid unless the HorK authorized by such permit is aOllunenced ~,lthin
six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permlt is suspellded or aballdoqed for a
period of SLK months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time
may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be ~equested
in writing to the Buildlng Off1cial. An approved inspection must be logged during each six
