Provide and utilize an approved safety swimming pool, spa or hot tub cover that complies with ASTM F1346-91 (Standard Performance Specifications for Safety Covers for Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs). Such cover must be capable of being securely fastened over the swimming pool, spa or hot tub when not in use.
