Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for 'a period of six months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each six month period, or the project will be considered abandoned. To the extent the closing agent/title agent chooses to use an interest bearing account in connection with the collection and/or disbursement of proceeds in'connection with the purchase/sale or refinance of the property described. In the event that any such error, omission or mistake requires the payment of monies, the undersigned parties hereby agree to pay the amount due within three days of receiving notice thereof, and the undersigned agree t9 indemnify and hold the Closing Agent and/or Lender harmless from all liability in acting as the escrow agent hereunder.
