In the event that an inspection is rejected due to the failure to provide proper barrier protection as required by Florida law, Owner shall be obligated to pay Contractor any additional fees, fines, or expenses associated with the reinsertion of the property by building officials or those having jurisdictional responsibility over the project Owner shall have the right to cancel this contract, but only within three days from the date of its execution by Owner. Such cancellation must be in writing and submitted to Contractor by the close of business on the third day (rom the date of the execution hereof. Contractor shall endeavor to complete the placement of the pool shell within five working days of, the completion of its excavation activities. Contractor shall endeavor to complete all concrete work associated with the pool's shell within 15 working days from the completion of all excavation activities.
