reviewed the above referenced plans due to an as-built condition.
The contractor installed a truss directly on top of the shearwall at the back of the garage in lieu of
the shearwall continuing to the roof sheathing as shown on the attached detaiI18/S-6.
The contractor is to install the A35 clips as shown above.
Based upon our structural review, we certify that this as-built condition and repair are adequate
and acceptable for the design loads of this project.
