SelJer has the express consent of buyer to enter the property and remove any portion of the fence if not paid. A cancelJation fee based ,pon 10% of the Contract Price wilJ be charged and will be deducted from the Down Payment upon notice to the Seller of the Buyer(s) intent to cancel this contract prior to commencement of work by SelJer. A late payment charge of 1-1/2% per month, (18% per annum) will be added to any balance remaining unpaid 30 days after due date. The Buyer(s) agree they will pay alJ costs of collection, including (but not limited to) reasonable attorneys fees, in the event that payment(s) are not timely paid.
