Top of finish driveway sha11 be same height as existing grade within city right-of- way. 2. Excavation sha11 be six (6) inches from square cut street edge to bottom of swa1e, then taper to our (4) inches at property 1ine. 3. Al1 vegetation sha11 be removed, raked, 1eve1ed and tamped under tota1 area to be paved. 4. Wire mesh is required from street to property 1ine, and fastened together with ties every four (4) feet. 5.
