The permit has expired. We can't close this permit until we can inspect it since it is electrical. Kalvin went by 12-18-06 and saw a lot of issues with it. Bill stated to forward it to you for code enforcement action. I did send a registeredlreturn receipt letter to the owner on 12/7/06 and the card shows he signed for it on 12/9/06. I can get you a copy of it if you want. To date we have not heard from the owner. In addition, when Kalvin went out he noticed fence poles going up. We do not have any permits issued for this. Also this address is listed as Historic which means a special approval will need to be obtained from Bev Jones for the fence due to the historic nature of the property.
