We herby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for
the completion ofHV AC Change-out at the above-mentioned address.
Equipment and materials to consist of the following:
A) One- 5 ton high efficiency 13 SEER NOrdyne Heat-pump unit.
B) One- 5 ton bigh efficiency Nordyne Air-Handler.
C) One- Honeyv.'eIl Digital Thermostat.
D) One- Refrigeration line set with cover ifnecessary.
E) One- Pre-cast Hurricane pad with strap kit.
F) One- Relocate wall rdum and add additional return.
G) One- Modification of existing ductwork to accommodate new unit.
H) One- Mechanical Pennit.
Note: Price quoted includes aU materials, supplies, equipment, labor, Freon,
taxes, freight and any additonal components necessary for the completion of

Warranty: One year labor, five years on all parts.
