I spok with Kartik I believe on Friday. We are good to go with Phase 1A. The existing performance bond will
remai in place until we get the engineer's sign-off letter. At that point they will be required to provide a
maint nance bond for 15% of the total infrastructure costs that the City will hold for one year. I have also signed
off wit the understanding that the landscaping entry way treatments are not in place but shall be shortly and prior
to any uture phase approval.
