Electric room shall have a 1 hour fire wall. 3, There is nothing noted about sprinkler and fire alarm upgrades due to the change of occupancy and remodeled space. 4. Panic hardware required on secondary exit doors. 5, Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with NFPA 10. 6. Add emergency lighting in restrooms. 7. Have all emergency lighting and exit lighting on separate breaker. 8. If storage is to he located under canopy) automatic sprinkler system shall be extended into that area, Note: If it is the opinion of the architect that there needs to be no modification: to the sprinkler of fire alarm system, a letter will be required from the fire alann and sprinkler companies stating that the clUTent system is designed to the new floor plan and complies with current code for that occupancy.
