TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and 90-07, as amended. It is further understood that Transportation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid prior to receiving a 'certificate of occupancy" or final power release. My comments have been placed below. Please contact me if you have any questions with regards to my comments. 1. System shall be installed in accordance to NFP A 13R 2007 edition. 2. Add sprinkler head in closet area. (in each building) 3. Provide ballard protection around sprinkler riser. (for each building) Inspections Required: 1. Pressure test on underground. 2. Pressure test on each building system. 3. System acceptance final on each building. Note: This contractor is supplying an audible bell to be installed in conjunction with the fire alann system. Building contractor will have to provide plans for permit for fIre alann system for monitoring of each building sprinkler system.
