TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and 90-07, as amended. CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW (Chapter 713, Florida Statutes, as amended): If valuation of work is $2,500.00 or more, I certify that I, the applicant, have been provided with a copy of the "Florida Construction Lien Law-Homeowner's Protection Guide" prepared by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. If the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone "A" in connection with a permitted building using stem wall construction, I certify that fill will be used only to fill the area within the stem wall. My comments have been placed below. Please contact me if you have any questions with regards to my comments. 1. All walls dividing this unit from others shall have a one hour rating. Firewall shall be from floor to roof deck. Wall shall be built to a UL rating. Wall shall be labeled "FIREWALL-DO NOT PENETRATE". UL rating shall be sent to Fire Marshal for approval. Fire rated tape and mud shall be used. This can be faxed to 813-780-0044. Wall highlighted on plan. 2. Rear exit door shall be installed with combination exit/emergency light above door. The rear door shall have a 1 hour rating. 3. Exit light required above door located in partition wall (east side of wall). 4. Combination exit/emergency light required above from door. 5. Certified fire extinguisher shall be located in unit. ELECTRICAL WORK REQUIRES PERMIT AND CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN Inspections required: 1. Firewall inspection. (Screw inspection and fmal) 2. Building final. Note: Sprinkler system not required at this time because new section (remodeled area) is less than the required percentage of an existing 5000 sq ft building.
