Plan Review Comments
I have reviewed and approved the revision for an interior remodel located at 37839 SR 54
under the following conditions. My comments have been placed below. Please contact
me if you have any questions with regards to my comments.
1. Exit light by wall opening not needed if no doors are located in that space.
2. Exit door for card room shall swing out.
3. Card room and south exit door shall have panic hardware or hotel latch. Only one
motion allowed.
4. Install minimum 1 certified fire extinguisher.
5. Address building on south wall and NW comer of building.
