. An allowance of up to $1500.00 (builders cost) total for site clearing, grade work, and fill.
. Remove existing roof overhang and siding as needed to tie in new garage.
MASONRY SLAB AND FOUNDATION
. Install clean, compacted, termite treated, :fill dirt and vapor barrier
. Form and pour monolithic style reinforced concrete slab, pour with 3000 psi fibremesh concrete
. Install approved steel uprights at all comers and as required by engineering.
