On September 10, 2007 the City of Zephyr hills passed Resolution #589-07 whIch contains life safety fees fOT plan review, inspections, permits and false alarms This replaces the old Resolution #552-05 Under this resolution an annual permit was created fOT those places that are considered a place of assembly. The Florida Fire Prevention Code defines an assembly as (1) an occupancy used for the gathering of fifty (50) or more persons for deliberation, worship, entertainment, eating, drinking. amusement, awaiting transportation, or similar uses; or (2) used as a special ~building, regardless of the occupant load.
