Commencement of work without written approval of the Fire Department's Fire Marshal or required permits or opening up for commercial activity without an approved final inspection shall be charged double permit fee per day of operation or a minimum of $100.00, whichever is greater. My comments have been placed below. Please contact me if you have any questions with regards to my comments. 1. Prior to starting the fire dispatch shall be notified at 813-780-0038. You are to advise them the location of the fire. A contact number shall be left with dispatch. 2. Contact dispatch when fire is out. 3. A distance of 8 to 10 feet outside the fire shall be cleared of any combustible vegetation. 4. Immediate perimeter of fire shall be made of block or other non combustible material. 5. Bum area shall not exceed an 8' x 8' area and pile shall not be higher than 2-3'. 6. Water shall be on site to extinguish the fire completely. 7. If dispatch should receive any call with regards to a viable medical complaint from the fire, the fire shall be extinguished. Inspections required: 1. Site Inspection.
