TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that Transportatian Impact Fees and Recaurse Recavery Fees may apply to. the canstructian af new buildings, change af

Plan Review Comments
I have reviewed and approved the revision for an interior remodel located at 5931 Gall
Blvd. under the following conditions. My comments have been placed below. Please
contact me if you have any questions with regards to my comments.
1. Add additional emergency light in corridor entering handicapped restrooms. This
light can be back to back with light in women's restroom.
2. Add smoke detectors tied into fire alarm system in handicap restroom corridor
and corridor entering restrooms.
3. Add strobes tied into fire alarm system in all restrooms. Add audible devices
where necessary ( corridors).
4. Add exit light in conference room for direction of egress from conference room.
5. Add horn/strobe device in conference room tied into alarm system.
6. If there is a direct exit to outside from conference room, fire alarm pull station
required.
7. Certified fire extinguishers shall be properly located within 75' travel distance.
8. Sprinkler system, if applicable, shall have plans submitted for modification.
9. Fire alarm system addition requires permit and plans for scope of work, specs
details and battery cales. This is necessary to ensure devices are compatible with
current system.
Inspections required:
1. Building final.
2. Additional inspections will be required due to fire alarm and if necessary, the
sprinkler system.
Note: If no current sprinkler system, sprinkler system not required at this time
because remodeled area is less than the required percentage of an existing 5000 sq It
building. Additional future remodeling could require the building to retrofit for a
sprinkler system.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be completed in accordance with the
