Under this resolution there is a permit for the annual sale of propane. If your company or business sells or distributes gas either by bulk or cylinder, an annual permit shall be required. This permit is obtained through the Building Department as any other permit at a cost $5D and is valid for one year. Included in this permit is a fire inspection to ensure that your facility or business is in compliance with the sale or distribution of propane and that Tier II forms are received.
