TRANSPORTATION IMPACTIUTILI7IES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and 90-07, as amended. The construction of this building requires the installation of a single water closet and lavatory. Due to the fact that the nearest public sewer connection point is 700+ feet away and uphill makes this connection technically infeasible. There would be a disproportionate cost to require a lift station at this time. I would recommend the installation of a private sewage system to serve this building. The City of Zephyrhills reserves the right to require connection to the public sewer system at such time facilities are more readily available.
