The construction of this building requires the installation of a single water closet and lavatory. Due to the fact that the nearest public sewer connection point is 700+ feet away and uphill makes this connection technically infeasible. There would be a disproportionate cost to require a lift station at this time. I would recommend the installation of a private sewage system to serve this building. The City of Zephyrhills reserves the right to require connection to the public sewer system at such time facilities are more readily available.
