TENT/VENDOR CHECKLIST
The AHI shall be permitted to regulate all outdoor events such as carnivals and fairs as it
pertains to access for omc rgency vehicles;access to fire protection equipment;placement
of stands, concession booths,and exhibits; and the control of hazardous conditions
dangerous to life and prof erty.NFPA 1, Section 10.162
Event coordinator(s)shall provide the vendors a checklist of what is expected of them at
the event.However,individual vendors within the special event shall be held responsible
for their individual vendu.g space. Those that do not comply with the-guidelines of this
checklist for their vending;arrangement are subject to immediate denial within
participation of the permit ted event.

trip/fall hazard. .

allow this project to move forward. Payment for permit contractor acknowledges
agreeing with items below.

1. The tent sales shall follow the tent vender guidelines/checklist.
Inspections Required:
1. An inspection shall be conducted prior to opening the tent sale to the public. The
inspection shall be called into the building department.
