With our DO and other inspections complete(for CiCi's only)do think it would be possible for us to get a temporary CO today?The only thing we need to complete is the landscaping. It should be 90%+complete by Monday. I've provided you with the landscapers schedule and we've worked with Len (Majestic Oaks Landscaping)for many years, he's a go-getter. He's going to plant the last 10 oak trees Thursday(today), 34 crape myrtles Friday and have all the small plants delivered Friday. He and his 5+ man crew will plant all the small plants Saturday&Sunday. Mulch &sod will be installed Monday. With our DO and other inspections complete(for CiCi's only)do think it would be possible for us to get a temporary CO today?The only thing we need to complete is the landscaping. It should be 90%+ complete by Monday. I've provided you with the landscapers schedule and we've worked with Len (Majestic Oaks Landscaping)for many years, he's a go-getter. He's going to plant the last 10 oak trees Thursday (today), 34 crape myrtles Friday and have all the small plants delivered Friday. He and his 5+ man crew will plant all the small plants Saturday&Sunday. Mulch &sod will be installed Monday.
