I have attached the comments for the plan approval. If there are any questions please contact my office at 813-780-0041. 1. New installation shall compliant with the Florida Fire Prevention Code and NFPA 13,2007 Edition. 2. First floor scale is wrong. It should say 1/8"= 1' instead of = 1'. 3. Add sprinkler head in main doctor's office and office manager's office. Current layout there is not enough coverage for the square footage it is covering. 4. Ensure all heads are positioned for the best coverage to maximize their flow pattern in each room. 5. Add two heads in lab for better sprinkler coverage. 6. FDC shall be placarded so it is easily located in darkness. 6"reflective letters on contrasting background. 7. FDC shall be a 5"Storz 8. FDC shall be within 150' of a hydrant. 9.
