TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings,change of use in existing buildings,or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and 90-07, as amended. The undersigned also understands,that such fees,as may be due,will be identified at the time of permitting. It is further understood that Transportation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid prior to receiving a"certificate of occupancy"or final power release. If work ceases for ninety(90)consecutive days,the job is considered abandoned. Sprinkler system modification for the chemical storage room will require a set of plans for permit to be pulled. There will be no change for the mezzanine. Contractor shall submit all specs, details and Gals with plans to be reviewed. 2. The fire alarm contractor shall submit plans for changes to the alarm system - due to the re-model/additions to the facility for permit to be pulled. Contractor shall submit all specs, details, calcs with the plans to be reviewed. If no changes are required a letter shall be provided by the contractor stating system is complaint even though the building changed its layout. 3. Those chemicals that have an explosion hazard shall not be stored inside the facility per discussion with representatives of the facility. Therefore,no explosion proof venting or wiring will be required. 4. Pictures have been sent and received by this office showing the chemical storing process. That process is approved. Chemical storage room shall be labeled on the outside as such(6"lettering)with a MSDS book outside the storage room. WILL BE SHOWN ON NEW PLAN S. Install certified fire extinguisher outside chemical storage in rated accordance with NFPA 10. WILL BE SHOWN ON NEW PLAN 6.
