The Fleet and Sanitation Manager or his designee shall approve site. 2. All dumpster pads shall be enclosed and have easy access to it. 3. Enclosure materials shall consist of cement block or other masonry material or pressure treated wood. Other fencing materials may be used if the Building Department grants prior approval. If gated,we cannot close it. 4. Any type of enclosure shall be located on the outside of the dumpster pad. Shall not interfere with minimum dimensions. 5. A curb stop is to prevent backward movement of the dumpster through the fence. Dimensions on the curb stop are 4"h x 6"w x 78"1 centered on the back of the pad. Anchored with#5 rebar. The Fleet/Sanitation Manager must approve any other bumpers. 6. Cement shall be a minimum of 4"thick with a 4" curb stop with wire. 7. Asphalt shall be driveway specifications with a 4" curb stop. 8. Pad height shall be finished ground level. 9.
