Should anyone have any questions,please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. Plans are stamped for permit only not for construction. Construction plans are the plans to be submitted for review. 2. Plans show alternative walls,mezzanines,etc... that may or may not be there. If it is just a shell then the plans submitted shall be a shell. 3. The codes that were used for designed are not the latest editions. The latest/current editions shall be used. 4. A complete fire alarm system will be required due to a sprinkler system being installed and not knowing what type of occupancy will occupy the units. Currently it shows a factory. 5. Sprinkler system shall be designed for a flow valve to beloaated in each unit, therefore when a sprinkler head activates,it is known which unit it activated in. 6. Dumpster gates shall be made,of non-combustible material. 7. Exit lights shall be located at the rear exit doors. 8. Emergency lighting will be required. 9. x(k access box)will be required for the units.
