Please contact me if you have any questions with regards to my comments. 1. This was reviewed under NFPA 101, Chapter 42. This is classified as an open parking structure, by the way this structure has been designed no exit/emergency lighting required, no fire alarm or sprinkler system required, egress is not a concern. 2. Separation distances shall be met between the parking structure and the restaurant per applicable NFPA codes and/or standards. 3. Per authority having jurisdiction for protection of life safety and property, install a certified fire extinguisher in cabinet within parking facility, centrally located. TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and 90-07, as amended.
