I have attached the comments for the plan approval. If there are any questions please contact my office at 813-780-0041. 1. An access road (to support the weight of a fire apparatus) around the building, shall be provided and maintained during the construction process. 2. Per NFPA 1, fire safety practices shall be in place during construction. 3. Knox box required. Plans show a knox located in the rear at each riser room at a height of 6'. The riser room key shall be placed in that box. A knox box shall also be located in the front for each retail space. It can be located centrally at a height of 6' to either side of an entrance door. All key to each unit for that retail section shall be place in that box. Application can be obtained from Zephyrhills Fire Rescue, 6907 Dairy Rd, Zephyrhills 33542. 4. Separate sprinkler plans(including cals, details, etc.) shall be submitted for review and permit. Sprinkler system shall be total coverage. System shall be in accordance with local ordinance 986-07 and NFPA 13, 2007 edition. FDC for sprinkler system shall be a 5" storz connection and it shall also be labeled with markings visible at night. It shall also be unobstructed. 5. Fire hydrant shall be within 150' of FDC. 6. Sprinkler system shall be monitored by a fire alarm system in accordance with NFPA 72, 2007 edition. Each unit in the retail space shall be zoned separately for a water flow. Separate plans shall be submitted for review and permit. 7. Proper fire lane markings in accordance with Florida Fire Prevention Code shall be in place as indicated in site plans. 8. Dumpster area shall be built out of concrete block and metal gate as noted in site plans. 9. Exit and emergency lighting will be built out once individual units are built out. 10. Address front and rear doors of each tenant space. 11. Install additional certified fire extinguisher in retail space "F" on north wall. 12. Submit separate plans for review and permit for any gas installation. 13. Rear secondary doors shall have panic hardware. 14. Permit required for any roofing operation that is a tar kettle or torch operation. 15.
