Paying for permit the contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. "As builts" will br required at time of acceptance test showing following changes: A. Change NFPA 72 to 2007 edition (City has ordinance adopting most recent edition of a code) B. Change NFPA 101 to the 2006 edition C. Change the FL Fire Prevention Code to the 2007 edition 2. Knox box does not have to be tied into system. If not tied in show on "as builts" 3. Install tampers on double backflow preventor and tie into system. 4. Monitoring company shall be a UL listed company. Copy of certificate can be presented at acceptance test. 5.
