This design is based on National Concrete Masonry Association hypothesis for SR walls. It is also in compliance with Florida Building Code 2007 (with 2009 Addendums). Live load surcharge used for the geogrid reinforced wall design is 100 pounds per square foot, at the top of wall. Materials for this application are Anchor Wall Systems Vertica and Synteen SF 35 by Synteen Technologies, Inc. • Sign concrete footers and steel tube sign supports must be in place, prior to start of wall construction. • All necessary care shall be taken to avoid any damage to the wall components during adjacent construction.
