TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89 -07 and 90 -07, as amended. CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW (Chapter 713, Florida Statutes, as amended): If valuation of work is $2,500.00 or more, I certify that I, the applicant, have been provided with a copy of the "Florida Construction Lien Law— Homeowner's Protection Guide' prepared by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months of permit issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six (6) months after the time the work is commenced. An extension may be requested, in writing, from the Building Official for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days and will demonstrate justifiable cause for the extension. If work ceases for ninety (90) consecutive days, the job is considered abandoned. Air handlers will be installed on raised iron stands in same location as existing. Provide ductwork as needed to connect to existing duct systems. Condensers will be raised 16" and secured to hurricane rated pads. Install new copper lines for each system to be installed above the drop ceiling and down the outside wall with a sheet metal cover. Connect to existing electrical service. Install 2 new return grilles for each 15 ton air handler one above the mechanical closet and one in a new 36" door provided by others. Install a fresh air make up grille through the outside wall for air handler #3. • Raise the existing Rheem 7.5 ton condensing unit 16" and secure to a hurricane rated pad. Reconnect to existing copper lines and electrical service. Modify ductwork for lanes 1 -8 to deliver more supply air to the concourse area. • Install new control circuits and thermostats for the 5 main air conditioning systems. Each , system will consist of a Trane touch screen digital thermostat M# TCONT802AS32DA installed in place of the existing toggle switches. Thermostats have the capability to be fully or partially locked. A remote temperature sensor will be installed in the areas controlled by each system. • Install a visual and audible alarm with a reset for the existing smoke detectors servicing the two new air handlers. • WARRANTY: 1 year parts and labor 5 years on compressor parts only. • EXCLUSIONS: Existing electrical service, drain lines under slab, ductwork. New 36" door on the end of each mechanical closet. Relocation of trophy case.
