TRANSPORTATION IMPACT /UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89 -07 and 90 -07, as amended. You would be correct for the most part. I believe everything should be scheduled to keep her from being down long. The fire barrier /enclosure that surrounds the duct needs to be taken out. Then everything should be cleaned by the hood cleaner. Any tiles that need to be replaced also should be done. I want to make sure we get rid of the grease build up in, around and behind the duct in the ceiling area. Once that is complete the pan can be installed on the curb to route the grease in the right direction. The duct then can be wrapped versus a new barrier being installed. As for the fan unit, some new hinges and a proper grease cup shall be installed. Please be advised a permit will be required to complete this work. Submit a plan showing scope of work.
