The undersigned assumes responsibility for compliance with any applicable deed restrictions. TRANSPORTATION IMPACT /UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89 -07 and 90 -07, as amended. This project will not be allowed to move forward until comments are addressed below, particularly the secondary exit issue. Paying for permit, contractor acknowledges complying with the following items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. NFPA 101, Chapter 7.5.2 states that access through kitchens, storerooms, work rooms or similar spaces subject to locking shall not be allowed unless permitted for the occupancy by Chapter 18, 19, 22, or 23. Business occupancy is Chapter 38, therefore not allowing this exit to be access through an office or break room. ?. Watch the use of dead end corridors. They shall not exceed 20'. Secondary exits shall be installed to elirninate those types of corridors. (NFPA 101, Chapter 38.2.5.2.2) 3. Provide UL documentation for fire rated corridor assembly (walls and ceiling). 4.
