Holt The following items are required by the City of Zephyrhills before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued on the First Phase construction of the Cedar Ridge project. (1) Blanket easement for utilities in the development (water & sewer) plus two sets of As -Built plans. (2) Install 8" valve at the end of existing water line or extend 8" line to fire hydrant as shown on Site Plan for future expansion. '(3) Apply for water meters for each individual office unit. (4) Water retention area must be completed before Certificate of Occupancy is issued - refer to calculation on Site Plan for First Phase. Casson, (General Contractor for the project),on the need for correct drawings of the complete fire alarm system and the tie -ins to the suppression systems, sprinklers, hood system, etc. Mr. Casson stated that at the time he pulls permits from the City, he will give a letter to the Building Department stating that,prior to the installation of the sprinkler system and fire alarm system, he will submit complete shop drawings of the items mentioned above for our comments and approval.
