King Colony Apartments located in the field near Jeter Lane and will allow the project to move forward at this time. Paying for permit, contractor acknowledges complying with the items listed below. Should the fire department have to respond to the site due to any type of unauthorized action or improper extinguishment at the end of the day, the contractor will be responsible for any applicable costs involved in extinguishing the fire. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. An air curtain shall be used in conjunction with the burn. 2. Obtain a burn permit number each day the DOF. 3. Open burning shall not start prior to 9:00 am and shall be extinguished 1 hour before sunset. Fire dispatch shall be contacted at 813- 780 -0050 prior to ignition and then notified again later in day after fire is out. 4. Burning shall be attended at all times. 5. Heavy equipment shall be on site to assist in extinguishing fire. 6. Pit width, length and side walls shall be maintained so that adequate combustion of the waste is maintained allowing for control of emissions. Pit width shall not exceed 12 feet. 7. Pit shall be cleaned out on regular basis. 8. Moisture content of material burned shall be favorable to good burning to minimize air pollution. Wet or green materials shall not be burned. 9. At any time during the burn, if the fire causes a human health hazard, fire nuisance or endanger any property, the fire shall be extinguished. 2 Inspections Required: 1.
