tub /shower shall be tempered: 1997 Standard Building Code #2405.2
• Attic ventilation shall comply with 1997 Standard Building Code
#2309.7
• Installation of overhead garage door shall comply with Chapter 16 of
1997 Standard Building Code: (100 mph wind load)
• Dryer exhaust installation shall comply with 1997 Standard Mechanical
Code #509.3
• Range vent installation shall comply with 1997 Standard Mechanical
Code section 508
• Access to mechanical equipment installed within a attic shall comply
with 1997 Standard Mechanical Code #304.4
• Water heater installation shall comply with Chapter 5 of 1997 Standard
Plumbing Code.
