210.8(4x3): All 125 -volt, single - phase, 15- and 20- ampere receptacles installed outdoors shall have ground -fault circuit- interrupter protection
for personnel
In addition to the number of branch circuits required by other parts of this section, at least one 20- ampere branch circuit shall be
210.11(Cx3): provided to supply the bathroom receptacle(s). This circuit shall have no other outlets.
Exception: Where the 20- ampere circuit supplies a sinp/e bathroom, outlets for other equipment within the same bathroom shall be permitted
to be supplied in accordance with 210.23(4)
210.12(6): All branch circuits that supply 125 -volt, single phase, 15- and 20- ampere outlets installed in dwelling unit bedrooms shall be
protected by an arc -fault circuit interrupter listed to provide protection of the entire branch circuit.
210.52(4)(1): Receptacles shall be installed so that no point measured horizontally along the floor line in any wall space is more than 1.8m (6ft)
from a receptacle outlet.
A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations shall have an enclosure for the
receptacle that is weatherproof when the receptacle is covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle covers closed).
406.8(A): An installation suitable for wet locations shall also be considered suitable for damp locations.
A receptacle shall be considered to be in a location protected from the weather where located under roofed open porches, canopies,
marquees, and the like, and will not be subjected to a beating rain or water runoff.
