I have received and reviewed the plans for the replacement of drywall located at 37538 Dahlia
Terrace and will allow the plans to move forward. By paying for permit contractor acknowledges
to comply with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact the Fire Marshal's office.
1. Firewalls will be required to be looked at prior to any drywall being reinstalled to
verify no additional penetrations have been made and if so sealed in accordance to
the code to maintain the fire rating.

• Remove/Repair any damage to existing studs
• Remove cabinets, countertops and fixtures as necessary
