By paying for permit contractor acknowledges to comply with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. Debris must be natural timber and placed in a pit no larger than 8 ft by 8 8. Pile can be no higher than 6 ft. 2. Dispatch shall be notified at 813 -780-0050 prior to the burn beginning and once the burn is over. Fire cannot be ignited before 9:00 am and must be out 1 hour before sunset. Name, address, contact number and permit number shall be given to dispatch. 3. Ground shall be cleared around pit. 4. Water shall be on site. 5. Minimum 300 ft from any occupied structure. 6. Any complaints on the fire of being a nuisance will be grounds for extinguishment. Inspection Required: 1.
