1. Site Plans submitted for Wheelblast Inc. located at 3951 Copeland Drive
(No. 16-10-SPR) for an office trailer addition and removal of an existing metal
building.
This item was approved per the following conditions/discussion points:
• An ADA paved parking spot will be required. Coordinate details with
the building department
• The "eastside driveway" should be brought up to commercial
standards (concrete, culvert and dirt control per Public Works
standards). Coordinate with Shane Leblanc. A R.O.W. permit will
be required
• Per a request by the applicant —"please have a police patrol car
monitor the speed of traffic on Copeland Drive".
2. Special Event Application submitted by John Bolender for the 4"' Annual
Bivouac & Barracks to held at the Zephyrhills Airport on February 19 through
21 St , 2011 to benefit the WW I I Barracks Museum.
This item was approved per the following conditions:
• Special Event Insurance is needed. The City will provide (Katrina)?
• Trash receptacles?
• No police or fire needed.
3. Yard Sale in the Parking Lot of Goin' Postal Sunday October 3� from 1-3pm.:
This item was approved per the following conditions:
• The event shall be approved for a one time trial to see how the
parking works and to gauge any neighborhood concerns
• Yard Sales are technically only allowed three times per year per
City ordinance. Clarify if a second event is desired.
