This item was approved per the following conditions/discussion points: • An ADA paved parking spot will be required. Coordinate details with the building department • The "eastside driveway" should be brought up to commercial standards (concrete, culvert and dirt control per Public Works standards). Coordinate with Shane Leblanc. A R.O.W. permit will be required • Per a request by the applicant —"please have a police patrol car monitor the speed of traffic on Copeland Drive". 2.
