I SPOKE WITH Rick at ryman about the 4330 20` street project and he told me that something was wrong with the metal
for the building and they were working that through with owners who are up north but they are getting close to
finishing project . It is still open.

Yes, I am ok with this whether it is just a metal roof covering or partial / full enclosure since there is no additional
impervious being created. If this was in a residential zoned area they would need to go through a conditional use.

Please be advised that I spoke with Richard from Ryman Construction regarding work proposed at Nestle. I was told that
they will not be adding any new impervious concrete, just some replacement of existing concrete and a roof over some
tanks. I discussed this with Bill Burgess and it is agreed that these activities will not require a formal site plan but will be
required to obtain the necessary Building Department permits. Thanks,

I have received and reviewed the plans for the installation of a tank storage building located at
4330 20�` Street and will allow the plans to move forward. By paying for permit contractor
acknowledges to comply with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not
hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office.
1. It is imperative for the pipe bridge to remain at the height it is shown. Emergency
apparatus require at a minimum 13'6", however this authority needs 15' for local
emergency apparatus.
2. It is also imperative that the width of the opening between the two structures
remains free and clear (unobstructed) at all times.
