We do not undertake the guarantee of the work, nor do we relieve the contractor of their responsibility to produce a completed project conforming to the contract plans and specifications. To the best of our knowledge, the work at the subject site to date has been constructed in general conformance to the letter and intent of the project plans, to include compaction verification of the building pad structural fill material, subgrade soils beneath the foundation footings by in-place density testing. In addition, we conducted methodical sampling of the cast-in-place concrete for compressive strength verification at 7 and 28 days of age.
