This 1 hour firewall is ok to be built in this space; however, without knowing what type of occupancy will be going into the space, the wall may have to be upgraded to a 2 hour firewall. It is my recommendation to install a 2 hour versus a 1 hour wall to eliminate the concern. This holds true to the adjacent separation walls.
