There was a fine assessed for conducting work w/o a permit ($100.00) however the work was allowed to continue by this authority to keep the project moving forward. Fine shall be paid prior to a full CO given for the building final. 2. Ensure ceramic fire blanket is installed not only were it is within 18 inches of combustible but also within 3 inches of limited combustibles. 3.
